These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dolphin Water Resort website and your purchase of tickets through our online booking system. By accessing this website or completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Online Booking

• This website enables visitors to view resort information and book water park entry tickets online.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and the generation of a booking confirmation / electronic ticket / QR code.
• Customers must review all booking details (date, ticket category, visitor count) carefully before proceeding to payment.

2. Ticket Validity & Entry

• Tickets are valid only for the booked date, category, and number of persons unless otherwise stated.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by management.
• Entry is subject to ticket validation at the gate, compliance with operational rules, safety requirements, and management approval.
• Attractions and facilities are subject to operational availability, maintenance, weather conditions, crowd capacity, and safety restrictions. Dolphin Water Resort reserves the right to modify or close any attraction or facility without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Current pricing, including GST: ₹499 per person, until further notice. Online advance bookings (booked at least a day before your visit) save 5% — ₹474.05 per paid guest. Prices are subject to change; any revision will be published here before it takes effect.
• Free child entry: Children below 33 inches may enter free with parents/family, subject to height verification at the ticket counter. Free child tickets are issued at the ticket counter only and cannot be booked online. At least one paid adult ticket is required, and height is checked at the gate. Children also receive a wristband.
• All guests (including senior citizens) pay the standard ₹499 per-person price, including GST — no additional senior-citizen or other concession applies to this offer price. Online bookings are charged as paid guest tickets at ₹499 per person, less the 5% online advance discount where applicable.
• Monsoon Hungama (16–19 July 2026): valid only for visits from 16 July to 19 July 2026 (Asia/Kolkata). Buy one eligible paid general-entry ticket (₹499 including GST) and receive one eligible general-entry ticket free. You must select the actual total number of visitors while booking; the promotional free-ticket value is ₹0. The 5% online discount applies only to paid tickets booked at least one local calendar day before the visit date (advance paid-ticket price ₹474.05). Offer eligibility is based on your selected visit date. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, any free-child entry benefit, vouchers, concessions, passes, group bookings, MX benefits or special bookings. Tickets remain subject to our existing booking, entry, cancellation and non-refundable policies, and management rights remain governed by these Terms. Outside 16–19 July 2026, the standard entry terms above apply as usual.
• Applicable taxes and payment gateway fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment gateway and banking partners.Dolphin Water Resort does not store full card or UPI credentials.

4. Fraud & Misuse

• Fraudulent transactions, duplication, tampering, or misuse of tickets or QR codes may result in cancellation of the booking without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

5. Cancellation, Refunds & Privacy

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.

7. Changes to Terms

Dolphin Water Resort reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
