These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Dolphin Water Resort website and your purchase of tickets through our online booking system. By accessing this website or completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Online Booking

• This website enables visitors to view resort information and book water park entry tickets online.
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and the generation of a booking confirmation / electronic ticket / QR code.
• Customers must review all booking details (date, ticket category, visitor count) carefully before proceeding to payment.

2. Ticket Validity & Entry

• Tickets are valid only for the booked date, category, and number of persons unless otherwise stated.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly permitted by management.
• Entry is subject to ticket validation at the gate, compliance with operational rules, safety requirements, and management approval.
• Attractions and facilities are subject to operational availability, maintenance, weather conditions, crowd capacity, and safety restrictions. Dolphin Water Resort reserves the right to modify or close any attraction or facility without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Applicable taxes and payment gateway fees, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
• Payments are processed by authorised third-party payment gateway and banking partners.Dolphin Water Resort does not store full card or UPI credentials.

4. Fraud & Misuse

• Fraudulent transactions, duplication, tampering, or misuse of tickets or QR codes may result in cancellation of the booking without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

5. Cancellation, Refunds & Privacy

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.

7. Changes to Terms

Dolphin Water Resort reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
