Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before completing your ticket purchase. By booking tickets on the Dolphin Water Resort website, you acknowledge and accept the refund terms described below.

1. General Rule — Non-Refundable

Confirmed ticket bookings are generally non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise or as required by applicable law or payment network rules.

2. No Refund for the Following

• Change of mind or decision not to visit
• Non-visit, late arrival, or failure to use the ticket on the booked date
• Incorrect booking details entered by the customer (wrong date, category, count)
• Weather, personal circumstances, or other reasons outside our control
• Fraud, misuse, tampering, unauthorised resale, or violation of our Terms & Conditions

3. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund may be considered, subject to verification, in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment: Two or more successful payments were made for the same booking.
• Payment debited, booking not generated: Your payment was successfully processed by the gateway but no booking confirmation / ticket / QR code was generated on our end.
• Management closure: The resort was closed or non-operational on your booked date due to a management decision, maintenance, force majeure, or regulatory direction, and no alternative date was offered or accepted.
• Legal requirement: Any other case where a refund is mandated by applicable Indian law or payment network rules.

4. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be submitted with your booking reference, registered mobile number, and relevant supporting details.
• Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) where feasible, subject to gateway and bank processing times.
• Refund processing timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and are typically 5–10 business days after approval. Dolphin Water Resort is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment networks.

5. How to Raise a Refund Request

Contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference and the reason for your request.
