Park Rules & Entry Conditions

Please read the following rules carefully before entering Dolphin Water Resort. These guidelines are designed for guest safety, smooth operations, and a fun family experience.

General Entry Rules

  1. A valid ID card is mandatory for entry.
  2. Arms, ammunition, weapons, and any dangerous items are strictly not allowed inside the park.
  3. Outside food and outside water are not allowed inside the park.
  4. Any person found under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall not be permitted inside the park.
  5. Pets, cigarettes, tobacco products, and similar restricted items are not allowed inside the park.
  6. Smoking, spitting, chewing gum, and consumption of pan masala are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in a fine of ₹1,000.
  7. Guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings. Management shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.
  8. Height and weight criteria must be followed as per the safety norms of each ride.
  9. Tickets once purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  10. Re-entry is not allowed once a guest exits the premises.

Dress Code & Ride Safety

  1. Nylon or Lycra swimwear is mandatory for pools and water rides.
  2. Guests must participate responsibly and should be in good health to use rides safely.
  3. If your health condition is not suitable for any ride for any reason, please do not ride. Management shall not be responsible for injuries caused due to negligence, unsafe conduct, or failure to follow safety instructions.
  4. All guests must follow the instructions of lifeguards, ride operators, and park staff at all times.

Booking & Group Visit Rules

  1. For group bookings, events, school trips, corporate visits, or parties, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% payment must be made at the time of check-in.
  2. Booking confirmation is required at least 7 days before the date of visit.
  3. Visit date cannot be changed once finalized.
  4. Advance payment shall not be refunded in any case, even if the event or group visit is cancelled.
  5. Drivers, helpers, or support staff are not allowed inside the water park area unless they are included in the approved guest/staff count.

Facilities, Charges & Park Timings

  1. Parking charges are not applicable.
  2. Lockers and costume rental facilities are available at additional cost.
  3. If rented costumes are not returned, the actual cost of the costume will be charged as a penalty.
  4. Park timing is 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
  5. For customized group/event packages, taxes and other charges shall apply as mentioned in the confirmed package or quotation.

Management Rights

  1. Management reserves the right to deny admission or ask any person to leave the premises in case of failure to comply with park rules and regulations.
  2. Management’s decision shall be final in all conditions and shall be binding.
  3. All other Dolphin Water Resort rules are applicable.

Rules are subject to management discretion and may be updated from time to time.
