Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before completing your ticket purchase. By booking tickets on the Dolphin Water Resort website, you acknowledge and accept the cancellation terms described below.

1. General Rule โ€” Non-Cancellable

Tickets purchased on this website are generally not cancellable once a successful payment has been made and a booking confirmation / electronic ticket / QR code has been generated.

We strongly encourage all customers to verify their booking details โ€” including visit date, ticket category, and visitor count โ€” carefully before proceeding to payment.

2. Incorrect Bookings by Customer

Bookings made with incorrect details (wrong date, wrong ticket type, wrong number of visitors) due to customer error do not automatically qualify for cancellation or change. Customers are encouraged to use the Booking Lookup tool or contact our support team, and exceptional requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at management's discretion.

3. Exceptional Cases

Cancellation requests may be reviewed and considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment for the same booking
  • Payment was debited but no booking confirmation / ticket was generated
  • Resort closure or non-operation on the booked date due to a management decision (e.g., maintenance, force majeure, or regulatory direction)
  • Any other case required by applicable law or payment network rules

In such cases, the applicable remedy (cancellation, rebooking, or refund) will be determined in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. How to Request a Review

To request a cancellation review for an exceptional case, contact us within a reasonable time with your booking reference, registered mobile number, and a brief description of the issue.
