Dolphin Water Resort sells water park entry tickets online. All ticket purchases result in digital / electronic delivery only. No physical goods, printed materials, or courier deliveries are involved at any stage.

1. Electronic Ticket Delivery

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an on-screen booking confirmation along with a downloadable electronic ticket / QR code.
  • Where an email address is provided at checkout, a booking confirmation may also be sent to that email.
  • SMS or WhatsApp confirmation may be sent to the registered mobile number, subject to service availability.

2. Delivery Timing

Electronic delivery of your ticket / QR code is usually immediate after successful payment confirmation. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to technical, network, or payment gateway processing conditions.

3. Ticket Not Received?

If your payment was successful but you did not receive your ticket or QR code, please:

  • Use the Booking Lookup tool on our website to retrieve your booking using your phone number.
  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference and registered mobile number.

4. No Physical Shipping

Since all tickets are delivered electronically, there is no physical shipping, courier, or postal delivery associated with any purchase on this website. No shipping charges are levied.
